Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Deductions

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
